Multi part component in Altium

Hi,
Doing a 4 coil common mode choke in Altium.

So its 4 coil symbols for the one footprint. Parts A,B,C,D are the coils.
It keeps giving me 4 footprints when i place it though.......

Unless i delete the component designator "L?"....then it correctly gives me one footprint for the 4 symbols, but then i dont haver a component designator
Do you know how to solve?
